9.NO REFUNDS OR MONEY BACK WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE WORK HAS STARTED.
However, our “Revision Policy” allows for revision of your consent when in cases where you are dissatisfied with an order.
10.In exceptional circumstanceswe might, at our discretion, decide to give you a refund. In such cases, we will deduct a transactional fee of $1 and an administrative fee of 5% of the total order cost. Administrative fees are meant to cater for expenses incurred by our staff whenever a new order comes in such as in order formatting, structuring and processing. We can also, at our discretion, offer you the option to retain your money as credit towards a future order. This option attracts no transactional or administrative fees.
A refund may also arise if we cannot fulfill your order or in cases where you made an order but canceled it before we began. This will, however, attract a $1 deduction to cover processing and transactional fees associated with a payment.
11.REVISION POLICY. Free changes can only be made ONLY when we deviate from your instructions. Revision will only be for changes that mirror the original instructions. The writer of the original content is the one obligated to do the revision.
12.Your right to revisions and follow-up questions concerning the order expires
14 days after receipt of your order. After 14 days the order will be considered completed; any requests for revision and any questions relating to your order will be unacceptable. To avoid such a situation, ensure you check your order within 14 days of receipt.
13.PLAGARISM POLICY. We only allow duplication of direct, attributed questions, product/brand names and keywords amounting to 8% or less of content. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms. In the event your article contains more than 8% of duplicate content, do contact us and we will resolve it. We will only accept the Grammarly Premium plagiarism checker as proof of plagiarism as we consider other plagiarism checkers unreliable.
Your right to give notice of alleged plagiarism expires 14 days after the date of delivery due to the difficulty bound to arise when trying to prove the publication date of online content.
14.MAJORWRITE REVIEWS. Both positive and negative reviews about our service are welcome. However, making negative or inaccurate public claims about the quality of the content is an automatic waiver of your exclusive ownership rights to the articles. The quality of the content is inclusive of the writing style, grammar, spelling, and structure. The waiver allows us to post the “said” article online to allow for user feedback to determine the accuracy of your claims.
15.PROPERTY IN THE CONTENT. Delivery of the articles equals an automatic transfer of property rights to you as the client. However, as explained in the previous article, making negative or inaccurate public claims about the quality of the content is an automatic waiver of your exclusive ownership rights to the materials.
16.COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL. Ordering from Majorwrite means you agree to be placed on our email list. We may email you about the status of your order, so as to deliver completed content or we may also send you commercial emails and promotions for other products and services owned by third parties or us.
17.DISPUTES ARISING: Disputing an order will be regarded as an immediate revocation of buyer’s ownership with the articles, and forfeiture of that right to Majorwrite. Whether a customer wins or loses the dispute, Majorwrite retains the property rights to the articles. Therefore, the buyer cannot use or publish them in any fashion, online or offline.
18.Any violation of this agreement will not be taken lightly and will be pursued to the greatest extent the law allows.
